It is (by far only) used to create the De-Heliu Bomb but it can be equipped to a flying tower, increasing its flying speed by 10% but also creating mini-shockwaves that have a range of 124px. It will also make said tower take 50% less damage from non-energy bullets (i.e. Commando Bloon's bullets).
