The Sixth Therapist was an incarnation of the renegade Time Lord known as The Therapist. This incarnation had gone more downhill than his fifth incarnation, this version was more darker, and was willing to kill an opponent if any dared to challenge him. Although through his years and through companions, they managed to "lighten" him up although he maintained his murderous personality. He has been compared to his fourth incarnation although the Sixth Therapist dismisses this and claims that incarnation was a "moody old sob" and that he is "superior" to all of his incarnations. The Sixth Therapist is the current incarnation of the Therapist.
