Manda King was a Petty Officer who was force-fed meth which caused her heart to fail, resulting in her death. After she died, her body was later dumped into a bed alongside bartender Willie Taylor. As such and due to the fact that King was a Petty Officer, the NCIS Major Case Response Team led by Leroy Jethro Gibbs were called in to investigate.
