The VRB Tour Cup is an international invitational tournament sanctioned by the Vexillium Rugby Board. The 308 Tour Cup tournament features the national sides of Danica, Eastern Islands, Islandia and Shaelia. The competition is designed to act as a World Cup warm up for the World Cup host nation, in this case the Shaelia, who would otherwise be forced to wait until the World Cup begins, and as a way to further promote and grow the game of rugby around the globe for those nations either ineligible for World Cup qualification or otherwise not participating in the event.
