A staff of heaven and earth is a relic from the time of the Thassilonian empire which gives its user control over the elements of air and earth. Through it, a magic-user can cast the following spells: air walk, control winds, gust of wind, spike stones, and stone shape. An example of this staff was found in 4707 AR in the cliffside lair of a flock of night wyverns on the Storval Plateau of central Varisia.
