Paendrag D. Artur (ペンドラグ・D・アルトゥル Pendoragu D. Arutouru?) is one of the Jinchūriki and one of the most wanted men in the world. The last scion of the noble Paendrag line, in another time he would have been the rightful king of the Lost Kingdom, a prosperous kingdom that was conquered and destroyed by the World Government over two centuries ago.
