Simplicity 1097; ©1944; Unprinted Pattern. Child's Snow Suit, Cap and Hood: The snow suit, styled with raglan sleeves and a fly front, features a drop-seat back with attached waistband. The waistband extends to the front to form a belt and fastens with a buckle. It is finished with a pointed collar, welt pockets and buttoned ankle bands. Knee patches are added in Style II. The lined cap is cut in three sections and ties under the chin. The pointed hood is cut in two sections and turns back off the face. Re-issued as a printed pattern in 1948 as Simplicity 2346
