Brian Rammer was a Homeland Security investigator who was assigned on the case of hunting down Aylee's gigantic form. He was theoretically open-minded enough to actually find out what was going on, and even got Sharon Gall on the case for her former psychic credentials. However, with Aylee having simply vanished into another dimension, he was unable to find her and the case was reassigned to Steven Hong. Rammer still managed to beat Hong to Aylee and Torg's actual arrival back in their home dimension and managed to take some quite incredible photos, but these were lost along with his life when he went to show them to Hong personally just when Kusari had come there to kill him.
