Koboi Labs is an extremely high-class tech lab run on the outskirts of Haven. Founded and run (until her arrest) by Opal Koboi, it produced most of the LEP's weaponry and transportation craft. It was shut down during the B'wa Kell Rebelation, and was used as a key source for plotting most of Opal's plans to shut down Haven and kill Holly Short, the first female Captain of the LEP.
