The MED-47 model of medical droid was employed by the Trade Federation. Many of their qualities were incorporated into the later ADK-25-MED medical droids. The droids often replied to their commander with "sedatives are not an option", "torture, or repair?", as well as "you organics are so fragile," indicating their enjoyment of painful operations.
