The player can equip this weapon when playing as Carlos Oliveira, during his mission to find a vaccine for Jill. Nikolai Zinoviev utilizes the SIGPRO as his primary weapon, while Brad Vickers is seen using it in the alley behind Bar Jack and then inside the bar.
