Dovahcore Helmet is a helmet made from using the Space Core, an iron helmet and a refined moonstone block by offering them at The Midden, in the College of Winterhold. The Dovahcore Helmet is not part of the base game. Instead, the mod Fall of the Space Core, Vol. 1 created by Valve must be installed for the item to appear in-game.
