Nostro is a man who, during the time of Ultima IV, was walled inside the secret passages of Jhelom. Nostro built the passages in the walls around Jhelom and was walled in. When the Stranger finds him he is very near death and will follow the Stranger out. Lord Robert tells the Stranger that Nostro knows of the Rune of Valor and upon asking will inform the Stranger that it is in one of the towers.
