Mr. Hogarth fields a phone call from ALF regarding President Reagan's policy on nuclear weapons. Unfortunately, Mr. Hogarth interprets the conversation as a threat to use nuclear weapons and sends the FBI to the Tanner residence in order to arrest Willie.
