The Tri-Ray is a Rare Equip Item that is crafted using 2 Blithrill, 5 Plasma Balls and 3 Ukura. It can only be equipped to Monkey Archers, giving each arrow they shoot a 30% chance to stun enemies for 0.2 seconds and electrocute another bloon!
