Like the other Mr. Conductor's Adventures series, Mr. Conductor & Scooby Doo Where Are You! is a crossover series with Mr. Conductor in the Scooby Doo series. Each episode will have two Thomas stories. Only Thomas stories from Seasons 1-6 can be used. Some stories will not be used at all as there are only 25 episodes.
