Lilia Bowen is the executive officer of the Black Talon Squadron. She used to serve in the 253rd Fighter Squadron, but was sentenced to one year in prison for hitting a superior officer. After being released, she was offered a chance to redeem herself by serving with the Black Talons. She accepted. Apart from Arem Serrothi, she was the only officer with any experience in the squadron when it was founded.
