Tone'e was an Ithorian Armorsmith and a member of the Shadow Crusaders. CC-1117 was an old friend of Tone'e and because of this, Tone'e supplied Wavingstrider with most of his armor and weapons. In 40 ABY, he had become the leader of Ithor thanks to Sith-venator.
