Philip Teesdale Mackay was the lawyer of Chapelvale and his office was near Evans Tea Shoppe. He was a small and neat man and wore glasses, a black vest, trousers and a white shirt. Philip helped to search for the possession documents of the Winn family to save Chapelvale.
