Gramm Helion was a Corellian Admiral of the Fleet who had been appointed by Supreme Commander of the Confederation military Turr Phennir to serve under him before and during the War of Worlds. He captained the Thrackan Sal-Solo throughout most of the battles against the Tripartite Powers, and the Troodenite invaders to the Corellian sector and planets within the Hutt Space. In 55 ABY, his Hutt Space faction would suffer defeat from a rebellion within the Confederation. Gangster-turned warlord Zordo the Hutt started an uprising against the Confederation for its lack of good protection of Nal Hutta against the Troodenites.
