The Torye were a political group formed on planet Mestiko between 2282 and 2291. Started by Vykul Marto, the Torye opposed the Zamestaad's heavy reliance on the Federation for aid, and advocated strengthening Mestiko, asserting their independence and finding new off-world allies.
