Elayne Muerte is a former Vasto Lorde class Menos who underwent Arrancarisation to become a powerful self made Arrancar. The nature of her transformation and the level of her powers before becoming an Arrancar resulted in her attaining a humanoid form that hardly resembled a Hollow, let alone an Arrancar and she ultimately managed to successfully assimilate herself into human society after leaving Hueco Mundo. She is one of the strongest naturally born Arrancars, her powers easily rivaling those of Aizen's Espada, most of whom were artificially created by means of the Hōgyoku.
