Stario Sonde is the father of Sir Owen Sonde and a minor Faladian noble. His wife, Altra, was kidnapped by a Kinshra raiding party some time in the 140s of the Fifth Age, when he was away in court. Upon return, his wife was gone and his son was left with a large wound inflicted by a knight. He was stricken with grief and the event ended the good relationship he had had with Owen. His current status is unknown.
