Carter was a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. He was portrayed by actor Josh Wingate from May 14, 2010 until his death on July 22 of the same year. Wingate returned to the role on May 30, 2013 only to appear in a video Franco presented at the Haunted Star.
