Lewis Rosenhaus was a male human in the 23rd century. He attended Starfleet Medical Academy, and graduated with honors at the top of his class circa 2261. That year, he interned under Dr. David Derubbio. Following graduation, he spend several years in a research position on Earth, before being assigned as chief medical officer of the USS Constellation in 2266.
