The PSI Program was the first of several Cerberus programs to create biotic super soldiers. The PSI Program was considered only a partial success as several of the "subjects" were kidnapped and freed from Cerberus. The program was succeeded by the Revenant Program. The PSI Program is an important aspect of Mass Effect: Chronicles of a Silent Galaxy.
