Chronophantasma(居ない筈の者(クロノファンタズマ )Kuronofantazuma, The One Who Should Not Be Here) is a title for those who should not be at the specific time-line. They are not the observation targets(観測対象kansoku taishō) for the system, and they will not receive Phenomenon Intervention – effect of this extends to those who are heavily associated with that person. Chronophantasma must return to their original states, eventually. There is no way of avoiding it.
