The Singing Scroll is a character in the 7D episode, "The Rock of Sages." In that episode, he helps The 7D on their quest to save Jollywood by singing a song about The 7D's quests for the shards of the Rock of Sages. He is located at Mount Jollywood encased in a box with a plate of glass that can be broken whenever there's a volcanic emergency.
