Tefu 'Toff' Arakov is a young female Twi'lek born on New Kala'uun on Etti IV. She began her performing career at a young age, beginning with dancing at the age of four. As she grew older, and more experienced, she broke out on her own and began performing in cantinas, at special events, and just about anywhere she could find a gig. During a performance at a special Republic event, which was host to several Republic Senators and other prestigious guests, Tefu was asked to fill in for the singer who came down with a flu and could not perform. Her voice caught the attention of a production agent who introduced her to the prospect of making a career out of singing.
