Tony Rosato was one of the two other survivors that accompanied Leon Kennedy, Luther West, Barry Burton and Sergei Vladimir on the mission to rescue Alice from the Umbrella Prime facility in Russia. During the Moscow simulation, the group was attacked by a horde of Las Plagas Undead and driven into a corner store. One Las Plagas Undead approached the team with a chainsaw and drove the blade into Tony's chest, killing him immediately.
