The Poleturner's Workshop is used for spear and pike production. Spears require 1 wood to create and they are made very quickly. Pikes require 2 wood and is made in fair time, which also worth more in the market. The workshop can be manually set to produce spears or pikes. New weapons are taken to the armoury.
