Ian Hart is a British actor who plays the character Dr. Franklin Hall in the series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. His other roles include Dr. Watson in Sherlock Holmes TV movies, Professor Quirrell in the first Harry Potter film, Don Konkey in Dirt and Soapy Smith in the mini-series Klondike.
