Bovko Manresa was the first Viceroy of the League of Nobles. Before the Titans had taken over the Old Empire, Manresa garnered wealth from his planetary land dealings. Eventually he settled on then isolated Salusa Secundus and his mansion had become a meeting hall for refugee humans; the League supposedly was formed out of these meetings. After the Battle of Zimia and the destruction of the Hall of Parliament, the League used that very mansion as a temporary place of meetings. His bugle was a relic held by the Butler family.
