The Lytasian Redevelopment Fund (or LyReF) was an organization within the Ferengi Alliance responsible for the rebuilding of the planet Lytasia following the end of the Ferengi-Lytasian conflict. LyReF distributed a poster with the legend "Invest in Lytasia, Resort World of the Future" free of charge to promote its efforts.
