Rudolph Metz ran a biochemical research team that included Julie Parrish in Los Angeles at the time of the First Invasion. He was excited upon the Visitors' arrival but it was not long before he was implicated in the scientist conspiracy cooked up by the Visitors to contain scientists after Diana planted evidence against him he was arrested by Steven's Visitor squad.
