The 15th of Morning Star is a holiday that is taken very seriously in all of Tamriel, where they call it South Wind's Prayer, a plea by all of the religions of Tamriel for a good planting season. Citizens with every affliction known in Tamriel flock to the services in every temple, as the clergies are known to perform free healing on this day. Only a few are judged worthy by each temple of receiving this service, but few can afford the Temples' regular prices.
