A small group of soldiers known as the G.I. Joes are assembled to battle the wicked M.A.R.S Industries, lead by Dr. James McCullen, and stop their mysterious plans. However, it is slowly revealed that M.A.R.S are in fact a part of much larger terrorist group, known as Cobra.
