Dark Panda was a character by one of the most prolific storytellers involved with Blood of the Chozo, Michael Yosafat, a.k.a. DarkPanda. In the story, Dark infiltrated a True Chozo base on Charybdis, saving the family of Mr. Quartz and seizing a True Chozo ship, taking it to Scylla B on Charybdis.
