The Candy Hydrant is a dog food store in Dogalong Harbor. It is seen in Who Let the Cats out of the Old Bag's House? It is owned and operated by Dog-Face Larry. Despite it's name, the Candy Hydrant does not sell candy. In fact, there is no candy in all of Dogalong.
