The Halls of Lightning Teleporter was an iron vrykul NPC that was temporarily used in the Wrath of the Lich King beta when The Storm Peaks was closed off, thus making players unable to enter the normal Halls of Lightning instance. This NPC was removed once The Storm Peaks was available for testing.
