She has a very dysfunctional relationship with her son, whom she often neglected when he was younger. She frequently treats her employees with disdain and disrespect and has been known to do such things as calling in a bomb threat on a cruise blimp in order to get nicer accommodations or haggling over her son's ransom with pirates. But she doesn't always get away with it, thanks to Sterling Archer.
