The College of Criminology was one of the professional graduate schools of Landing University of Manticore. Dr. Mordecai Flouret served as its chairman in the early 1520s PD. Stephanie Harrington and Karl Zivonik attended some of its courses as part of their advanced SFS ranger training. (SK3)
