Tom Benninghaus is a American Professional wrestler currently working the independent circuit under the ring name Tough Tom. He is perhaps best known for his time as one half of the Texas Hangmen in the independent circuit or for his short stint in World Championship Wrestling where he teamed with Mean Mike as the tag team of Disorderly Conduct.
