Tenilee was a terran who lived in the Gutter, working for the crime lord Fagin. After the betrayal of Manfred, Tenilee and Fagin pushed for control of the district of O'Callaghan. Several corpses, broken limbs and demotions later, Fagin was able to claim the district, and put Tenilee in charge. Though things settled down, Tenilee was concerned about the complaints she was getting from her customers, and she thought that they may go from Spring Street to Kistios to obtain their merchandise.
