is a NPC who is located in a room in the north east part of the Cyber Dome. She gives the Little sister Level 30 quest. Details on the quest and it's rewards are on the quest's page. Talking to her allows you to get the mechanical balls you need for the quest, of which she will provide however many you want. She will also tell you how many sisters you've turned in and how many you've killed, to let you know how close you are to getting a reward.
