Master Pellingare is a wealthy Breton noble residing in Wayrest. He is either found in his large manor or walking the streets, always accompanied by his personal bodyguard Gedric Serre. His children, Allene and Varaine, secretly lead a large gang of outlaws found within the sewers running beneath the city.
