Lóthiniel was an elf-maiden of the Woodland Realm, the daughter of Aroniril. At one of many hikes with her sister Calmiriel, Lóthiniel found out that an evil power slowly poisoned the river Anduin and by this the sea of flowers of the Upper anduin vales. In order to save her beloved flowers she broke up to find the Olviale, an enchanted potion her father had once talked about, which was said to have the power to heal any disease that afflicted a plant.
