Neo Bahamut lifts the enemy party on a piece of earth into the sky, before firing a beam that shatters the earth sending the enemy party plummeting to the ground. This attack is called Giga Flare, and deals piercing non-elemental damage to the enemy party. The Neo Bahamut Materia is found in the party's trip to Whirlwind Maze, lying on the ground. Neo Bahamut can be summoned by Tifa in the 1997 demo version of Final Fantasy VII. It costs 140 MP to summon. Neo Bahamut's spell power is equal to 5x the base magic damage.
