Antonios Naguib (born 18 March 1935) has been the current Coptic Catholic Patriarch of Alexandria since 30 March 2006. Patriarch Antonios was ordained to the Coptic Catholic priesthood in 1960. He became Bishop of Minya, Egypt, in 1977, and remained in that post until resigning in 2002. He has remained as Bishop Emeritus of Minya until his election as Patriarch.
