The Wolf Raiders were a pirate organization that operated out of Balgus Star. The organization was considered unusual, in that its membership was drawn entirely from a single Near-Human race. More unusually, the race was never encountered anywhere outside of the Wolf Raiders organization. Only male Wolf Raiders became warriors and participated in assaults. Female Wolf Raiders were limited to non-combatant roles. For some unknown reason, Wolf Raiders all wore wigs. It was suspected that the size and quality of wig was representative of social standing or rank.
